Visiting the snowfields of Japan
2016年1月19日
Japan is famed for both the amount and quality of snow. Almost every small mountain town has at least one ski lift (and often several hot springs to soak in afterwards!) and there are several big, popular resorts that are only a few hours from Tokyo by bullet train or highway bus. The more adventurous can fly to Hokkaido, where the ski season is longest and the snow is the deepest, but Niigata and Nagano also have many wonderful snow destinations. There are runs that cater to beginners and experts alike. Let’s hit the slopes!
